All rates are finalized after our first visit. Estimates are not considered invoices.

NOTE: First-time and One-time cleanings may take TWICE as long as standard cleanings if your home has not been professionally cleaned recently.  They are priced differently from recurring service. Our goal is to get your home to a high level of cleanliness and then sustain it with our recurring service.  Weekly and bi-weekly appointments are ideal for maintaining a clean home.

Your rate will be determined after the first cleaning and will be based on the time it takes the team to do a thorough job.

MOVE-OUT CLEANINGS

Move-out cleanings are quite involved and are typically double the number of hours a normal cleaning takes.  Our checklist includes all items on a standard cleaning plus appliance interiors, cabinet and drawer interiors, closets, interior windows, wet wipe of baseboards and all trim, doors, under and behind the refrigerator, and more. They typically start at $150 for a small apartment and $180 for a detached home. 

IMPORTANT: ESTIMATES OVER THE PHONE ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. FINAL INVOICE IS BASED ON THE ACTUAL TIME SPENT IN THE HOME.
